The Body Shop was founded in 1976, in Brighton, by Dame Anita Roddick. Ever since, we’ve endeavoured to make a positive difference in the world, by offering high-quality, nature-inspired skincare, body care, haircare and makeup products, using ethically sourced ingredients. Having pioneered the philosophy that “business can be a force for good”, this is still our driving force today.

We’re looking for passionate people who:

• Can make the magic happen in our stores - giving our customers an experience they can’t get anywhere else by leading from the front and making the magic happen in our stores to drive healthy high performance 
• Have the courage to be creative and try new things to take our performance to the next level
• Embrace their role as part of their TBS family, play as a team, win as a team - taking care of each other - valuing each other's time, needs and differences
• Can use their commercial savvy to help their store team smash our targets together
